As a furtherance to my research I have decided to narrow the focus of the topic to audio industry applications within broadcast, live sound, film, or recording. All sounds have only three fundamental physical properties: wavelength, phase and amplitude. Excluding amplitude, what phase and wavelength differences can be measured in a cubic room of 35 feet if the sound source is in the center and 3 measurement microphones are placed 10 feet, 20 feet, and 30 feet from a sound source all on the same axis. The resonant frequency of the room is 32Hz.
What is the difference between the 3 microphone's output (non-amplitude) in free-field conditions? In half-space? in an enclosed space? (Hint: Sabine Coefficient)

I'll do a post this week on Christmas Productions, stay tuned!
